Your hostess must get to a $200 (before tax and shipping) retail amount before they start earning rewards. YOU DO NOT PAY FOR THESE, the company takes care of this. Let's say they have $215 in retail sales. They will get $21.50 in free items and if they pick an item that is $25, they just pay the difference. They would also get to choose one 1/2 price item. No matter how expensive, they can choose one. Then if they want more items, they can use the Hostess Retail and get 10% off of anything else they would like.
As the sales go up, the rewards go up! It's a great program.
You would then earn 25% of the sales.
